With Singapore’s National Day falling on Thursday, 9 August, there is an opportunity for holiday revelers to take the Friday, 10 August off from work and indulge in the Long Weekend of activities at the Bintan Lagoon Resort, just 55 minutes from Singapore.

Thursday, 9 August Movies by the Beach: Grab a cold beer or a fresh fruit juice and watch the latest movies under the stars - Spiderman 3 and Next. Price: Sin$10++ per person inclusive of popcorn and chips.

Friday, 10 August Indonesian Beach Party: Feast on freshly grilled BBQ items and popular Indonesian dishes by the moonlight by the beach. Capture Bintan traditional dances against a stunning backdrop of illuminated torches, vibrant banners and a bonfire. Price: Sin$35++ per person/Sin$18++ per child.

Saturday, 11 August Silk theme party: Red and white, the national colours of both Indonesia and Singapore, dominate the theme of Silk party club. Don your red and white outfits and groove to the sounds of the resident band and the DJ.

The Great Bintan Sale Base Package (two persons per room) is Sin$249 superior/Sin$269 deluxe room, and includes:

- One night accommodation for two interconnecting rooms OR two nights accommodation for one room
- Breakfast at Kopi-O 
- Welcome drink
- Two bottles of complimentary mineral water in-room
- Return land transfers between Bintan ferry terminal and Resort

In addition, guests are also entitled to one of the following package inclusions which are based on two persons per room unless stated otherwise:

- One hour mini-golf
- One hour tennis, badminton or table tennis
- Half day Kids’ Club (4-8 years old) for up to two kids

Active Package

A surcharge of Sin$50 surcharge per stay applies 9 to 10 August (National Day) and all Friday/Saturday during the sale period. Rooms are subject to availability.
