InterContinental
Hotels Group (IHG) has appointed a new area director of sales and marketing for its hotels in New Zealand and the South
Pacific, Geoff Naumann, responsible for its network of InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels across the region.
Most recently general manager of Gagudju Crocodile Holiday Inn in the Kakadu National Park, Geoff joins the NZ team following a number
of senior sales and marketing and management roles over the last eight years within the IHG network of hotels in Australia. In that time, he
has established himself as a destination marketing specialist with a strong emphasis on partnership marketing – a skill and reputation
that will serve him well in New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Geoff will be based in Wellington, home of IHG’s latest hotel to open in New Zealand, the newly-constructed Holiday Inn Wellington.
