The New Year's Eve Grand Extravaganza starts at 7pm and will continue till late. Priced at Sin$258 per person, with a bottle of Champagne Taittinger for 2 persons and free flow of selected red and white wines, and beer.

Dining in Style @ The Private Salons: Conrads private dining rooms offer an ideal choice for those who wish to dine in the comfort of their own space and away from the main crowd. Customised menus are available upon request or guests can choose from a selection of specially crafted Western and Chinese Set Dinners, from Sin$128 per person (minimum 10 persons).

New Year's Day: Conrad welcomes 2008 with a special New Years Day Brunch, Enjoy a splendid spread of seafood, roasts and desserts, with free flow Champagne Taittinger at Oscars, from 12 noon to 3.30pm. Priced at Sin$118 per person with free flow champagne, house wines or beers or Sin$78 per person, with free flow sparkling juice.

Reservations are required. Child prices are available upon request. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes unless otherwise stated.
