Amari Hotels and
Resorts has appointed Mr A-Thit Kunanukorn, as General Manager of the Amari Vogue Resort, Tub Kaek Beach,
Krabi.
Mr Kunanukorn holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Singapore Hotel Association and a degree from Universidad Nacional
Autonoma De Mexico and 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Amari Hotels and Resorts, he worked for Pattaya
Hill Resort, as General Manager, as well as other international hotels, such as Dusit Thani, Bangkok, Rayavadee Resort, Krabi, and Ajman
Kempinski Resort, United Arab Emirates.
Mr Kunanukorn will oversee the launch and smooth running of the new Amari Vogue Resort, a five-star Lanna style getaway in
Krabi.
The five-star resort
featuring 57 rooms, including 35 Deluxe rooms, 8 Honeymoon Deluxe and 8 Royal Deluxe suites, 4 Ocean Villas with outdoor jacuzzi and 2 Spa
Suites, is scheduled to open late 2007.
