Mr.
Jason Kruse has been appointed General Manager of the Casa Del Mar, a beachside property in
Langkawi, Malaysia.
Jason, who came most recently from Contiki Resort Bali where he was the General Manager,
has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has also held key positions at P&O Australian Resorts and Voyages Resorts, where he was the
Assistant Resort Manager of Dunk Island and then General Manager for Brampton Island Resort. Prior to that Jason was also the Resort
Manager at another Australian boutique resort called the Horizon at Mission Beach.
Jason, who is an avid cyclist, also enjoys photography and scuba diving in his free time. Earlier in his career, he also took part in “Australian
Waiter of the Year” where he won the state championship and came in second in the national championship in 2002; after which, he was
also invited to be a judge at World Skills Competitions for two years.
