Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai launches Sunday Brunch and Nightly BBQs

The Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai has launched two new dining promotions for guests and visitors to experience the hotels varied restaurant facilities.

From hotel is now offering a Martini Sunday Brunch in the hotels main restaurant, Asiatique and a daily BBQ Dinner Buffet in the hotel Garden.

The Martini Sunday Brunch is served weekly in Asiatique. The buffet brunch includes delights such as Peking duck, Alaskan crab, fresh scallops, oysters, king prawns, a wide choice of salads, various types of BBQ and a delicious selection of freshly prepared desserts. Each guest will receive a complimentary Martini cocktail or Trios Prosecco NV. A childrens buffet is also available with a juggling show, which is accompanied by free flow of soft drinks and non-alcoholic martini cocktails, so the entire family can enjoy a leisurely brunch together and savour the selection of dishes available.

The Martini Sunday Brunch is RMB 198 plus 15% surcharge per person and is open every Sunday in Asiatique restaurant from 11:00am to 2:30pm. Asiatique is an Asian style restaurant with a special atrium and exceptional flower wall that creates a graceful dining atmosphere.

The BBQ Dinner Buffet is held daily in the open-air Hotel Garden offering a wide choice of delicacies from the BBQ including a selection of Sausages, Spicy Chicken, Kebab, Grilled Lamb Rib, Beef Satay and many other dishes to choose from.

The BBQ Dinner Buffet is RMB 98 plus 15% surcharge and is held every evening in the outdoor Hotel Garden from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The open air garden at the Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai covers more than 2000m and incorporates four pavilions, seating for 30 people and a beautiful water wall feature. 

The Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai is offering, until 30 November 2007, a special rate of RMB998 per room per night.
