Mr.
Paul Rushton has been appointed as the new Director of Sales &
Marketing at the JW Marriott Dubai.
Paul started his hotel career back in 1986 at the Four Seasons
Hotel in Sydney. He then moved across to Nikko Hotels (JAL Hotel Group), before joining the
Marriott Corporation at the Renaissance Sydney Hotel (formerly known as The Sydney Harbour Marriott) where he was involved in the role out of
Sales Transformation.
After his stint in Sydney Paul moved to
the Marriott Hotel in Singapore as the Director of Marketing. He returned to Sydney to once again work at the Renaissance Sydney Hotel as
Director of Marketing. After five years in Sydney and eight years with Marriott, Paul and his family decided to move back
to Asia. Before his move to the Middle East to join the JW Marriott
Dubai Paul was the Director of Marketing at The Peninsula Bangkok.
