Carlson Hotels
is developing the Radisson Hotel Lucknow Sahara City Homes in partnership with
Sahara India Club Royale Corporation Limited. The Radisson Hotel Lucknow Sahara City Homes is
scheduled to open in April 2009, joining the growing number of Radisson hotels across India.
"The key to our success has been to recognize the diverse needs of our customers and incorporate
modern amenities in our hotels. Our upscale Radisson brand will attract a lot of business travellers in
Lucknow, which is rapidly growing as a destination for meetings, exhibitions, conferences and
incentive travel" said Mr. Paul Kirwin, president of Carlson Hotels Worldwide - Asia Pacific.
The Radisson Hotel Lucknow Sahara City Homes will be situated approximately 15 km from the city
centre and within a kilometre of IIM Lucknow. The hotel is close to well-known local landmarks such
as Vidhan Sabha, Charbagh Railway station and Kukrail reserve forest.
The hotel will have 150
guestrooms featuring
wireless internet access and cable television with 24-hour international channels. A fully equipped business centre, outdoor swimming pool,
curios and gift shop, foreign currency exchange facility, a state-of-the-art gymnasium and health club are some of the other features
available at the hotel.
