WORLDHOTELS launches Dedicated Toll-Free numbers in the Middle East

WORLDHOTELS has launched four dedicated toll-free hotel booking numbers for the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

“We believe Middle Eastern travellers are a significant target market for us, and by introducing toll-free numbers in the region we’re making it easier for our customers to book the hotel of their choice, at a time suitable to them and in their own language,” said Ingo Guerges, Senior Director Business Development & Relations, EMEA, WORLDHOTELS.

The service, in both Arabic and English, is operational from 9:00am to 8:00pm on Saturdays through to Wednesdays and 9:00am to 1:00pm Thursdays local Mid-East time, and forwarded to English speakers after hours thereby delivering 24/7 coverage.
