Executive Appointments at Langham Hotels International

Langham Hotels International (LHI) has made the following executive appointments to support the group's expansion and development:

Andrew Jessop - Vice President - Brands

Mr. Andrew Jessop has over 20 years of hospitality experience working for luxury hotel groups in Thailand, Australia and China. He has participated in four property openings, three of which were in the upscale branch of Starwood's The Luxury Collection and St. Regis. He has also led the Westin & W. Asia Pacific Brand Steering Committee. Prior to joining LHI, Mr. Jessop was General Manager of Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket.

Appointed as Vice President – Brands, Mr. Jessop is responsible for brand management and brand pre-opening support for LHI. Mr. Jessop will lead steering teams to ensure the Langham brands are distinctively positioned within the high-end hotels segment.

Trixie Scully - Director of Revenue Management and Analysis

Ms. Trixie Scully possesses 16 years of hotel experience, specialising in the field of revenue management. She has worked in Sheraton Towers Southgate, Melbourne (which was later rebranded as Langham Hotel, Melbourne in 2005) for 13 years. Before joining LHI, Ms. Scully was Area Director of Revenue Management – Thailand of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Bangkok, taking a leadership role in regional pricing and distribution.

In her new position, Ms. Scully will work closely with the Hotel Revenue Managers to ensure effective room distribution of the Langham properties, as well as to enhance LHI's worldwide reservation distribution systems. Meanwhile, she is also responsible for the Revenue Management function of Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok, Hong Kong.

Alice Au - Director of Customer Relationship Marketing and Partnerships

Ms. Alice Au has over 10 years of experience in the field of loyalty marketing. Before assuming her current position, she was Senior Manager for the Card Marketing in CITIC Ka Wah Bank and was heading the credit card usage team. Prior to that, she was responsible for managing PCCW's integrated loyalty club with over 1 million members, launching the company's various loyalty co-branded credit cards, liaising and maintaining alliance partnerships and joint promotions with Asia Miles, credit card companies and other partnering merchants.

Ms. Au has been appointed to direct LHI's customer relationship marketing function and partnerships. She is responsible for the management of various loyalty programmes like the Langham Privilege Club, OUIDA and Langham Advantage Club, as well as the development of new loyalty programmes. Ms. Au will also maintain and develop LHI's growing airlines and credit cards partnerships to achieve maximum synergies.

Mandy Ning - Director of Sales - China

Working in the hotel industry for more than 10 years, Ms. Mandy Ning has accumulated a wealth of sales and marketing experience on both corporate and property levels. She has held sales positions with The Royal Garden, Hong Kong, Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Sino Group of Hotels in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Langham, she was General Manager of a travel agent in Shanghai, in which she has built a solid network and knowledge of the mainland market.

Ms. Ning is based in LHI's global sales office in Shanghai, and is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts plus public relations matters.
