Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park has launched a ‘Wellness Weekend’ programme available on select weekends from May to September.

Arriving on a Friday afternoon, guests will be welcomed into their deluxe room with a cleansing glass of iced lemongrass tea and a basket of fresh, seasonal fruit. An evening yoga session begins the restorative journey by helping guests unwind and leave their daily lives behind. An early Tai Chi session in glorious Hyde Park on Saturday morning focuses the mind to rebuild inner sources of energy, helping guests feel revived from within.
