Jet Airways to launch Flights between Delhi and Singapore

Jet Airways is to launch new services linking New Delhi, the capital city of India, with the City State of Singapore.

The daily service will be operated with the new generation B737-800 aircraft effective September 06, 2006. Flight 9W 018 will depart from Delhi at 0835 hrs and reach Singapore’s Changi airport at 1650 hrs (local time) the same day. The return flight 9W 017 will depart from Singapore’s Changi Airport at 2300 hrs (local time) and arrive in Delhi at 0215 hrs, the next day.

This direct service to Singapore will be the third direct non-stop flight operated by Jet Airways from India to Singapore. The airline already operates daily direct flights from Chennai and Mumbai to Singapore.

As part of its inaugural offer, Jet Airways is introducing a special Economy class inaugural return air fare of Rs. 10,000. This offer is valid until 30 September 2006, subject to certain terms and conditions. Economy class return airfares range from Rs. 14,500 to Rs. 31,655, while Club Premiere (Business Class) fares range from Rs. 48,400 to Rs. 61,235 exclusive of taxes.

Jet Airways' Next Generation Boeing B 737- 800 aircraft has winglets for improved performance and has been configured for international operations with 16 seats in Club Premiere and 124 seats in the Economy Class.
