Travel News Asia 9 April 2005

The Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center has opened guest rooms specially designed and equipped for female business travellers.

Female guests travelling alone will now be able to book one of the four special female traveller rooms. Besides the usual Executive Floor benefits, such as unlimited free access to the internet and the Executive Floor Club Lounge where a range of dining, telecommunication and research facilities are available, guests can also enjoy extra luxuries. These include a good selection of herbal teas, welcome fruit and flowers upon arrival, a choice of glossy magazines and padded cloth hangers. To make an evening in more appealing, the hotel also provides a silk pyjama and silk slippers, comfortable additional cushions and a CD-DVD player in the room, including a wide range of films and music. And for a relaxing and pampering time, there are special bathroom amenities, extended mini bar items, which also include beauty products like facial and eye masks and night and day creams, and illuminated magnified mirrors as well as an extra strong hairdryer.

The Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center offers 526 rooms and suites with executive rooms on the top three floors designed with the business traveller in mind.
