Kempinski to manage Luxury Residences in Istanbul

Kempinski Hotels is to add the Kempinski Residences Istanbul to its portfolio in Turkey after signing a management agreement with Astas Gayri Menkul A.S.. This marks the Kempinskis first venture into the management of luxury residences in Istanbul.

Opening in 2007, the residences are currently being constructed in two towers, supported by a podium base. The towers will have 108 luxurious residences, available for sale to investors, in their upper storeys. The lower storeys will feature 34 exclusive long-stay residences for rental in the first tower and 28 spacious offices in the second tower.

Residents and guests in both towers will be able to benefit from a dedicated concierge, housekeeping, room service and valet parking. Further facilities will be located in the podium and include a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, open to both residents and outside members, as well as a restaurant and an up-scale shopping mall.

The Kempinski Residences is situated in the main business and commercial district of Esentepe on the European side and is just a short drive from Istanbul international airport.
