Cendant Travel Distribution Services
(TDS) has appointed Anthony Ku as regional vice president, Sales, Asia
Pacific. In this role, Ku will be responsible for developing new business for TDS in Asia, Australia and the Pacific region.
Anthony Ku joins Cendant with a wealth of operational and sales experience within the travel industry, in particular the Asia Pacific region. Ku also has experience in
retail and wholesale travel operations, Internet hotel distribution and corporate travel.
Based in Singapore, Ku earned a Master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University, Eli Broad School of Management and a BA in marketing
from Concordia University Wisconsin. Ku will report directly to Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer, TRUST International and WizCom, Cendant Travel
Distribution Services.
“Ku will bring strong leadership and vision to our Asia and Pacific clients. Through his extensive hospitality experience, he’ll leverage TDS’ portfolio of assets to drive
sales and further enable us to deliver end-to-end distribution solutions to leading hotel clients in that region,” said Richard
Wiegmann.
