New Radisson SAS Media Harbour Hotel Düsseldorf to open in September 2005

The new Radisson SAS Media Harbour Hotel Düsseldorf with 135 rooms, two executive boardrooms and a wellness area is set to open in September 2005 in the city’s bustling Medienhafen district.

Internationally renowned interior designer Matteo Thun who is known for his work on the new United Nations building in Geneva and several properties in Europe and Asia, is responsible for interior design.

The hotel will have a restaurant and bar providing fresh and simple Italian food in a stylish and busy piazza overlooking an outdoor terrace and landscaped garden. Dining will also be available in a private dining room, a feature wine cellar and a smaller courtyard. The hotel faces out on to the Hammerstrasse with the restaurant leading to the Zollhof Strasse from the landscaped gardens.
