Tyler has been appointed as the new Director of Operations at the Renaissance Seoul Hotel.
Before moving to Korea, Mr Tyler was
Director of Food and Beverage for Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, where he has gained expertise in food and beverage as well as banquet operations.
Born in Torrance in the United States, Mr Tyler started his career in 1994 as Assistant Restaurant Manager with Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Honolulu, and was also
associated with Hickam Officer’s Club, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. Noted for his specialist skills in Food
and Beverage, Mr Tyler received a Leadership Award from Marriott International in 2004.
“My primary aim as Director of Operations for Renaissance Seoul Hotel is to continue to maximize the current high standards of service and facilities to maintain and
further enhance the hotels reputation of being one of the best business hotels in Korea,” said Mr Tyler.
Mr. Tyler is married with two young children and enjoys auto racing in his spare time.
