Raffles International
has appointed four General Managers within its portfolio of hotels and resorts.
Mr Tan Choon Kwang is Swissôtel Nankai, Osaka’s new General Manager. He also undertakes the responsibilities of Area General Manager, Asia Pacific, Swissôtel
Hotels & Resorts. Mr Tan was previously Raffles International’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Human Resource and Information Technology and
General Manager of the then Merchant Court, Sydney, Australia.
Mr Eggert Muus is currently General Manager of Swissôtel Beijing, Hong Kong Macau Center where he was previously the Resident Manager for almost three years. Mr
Muus had formerly assumed the position of Executive Assistant Manager in Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, Turkey.
Mr Christian Schaufelbuehl
has been appointed General Manager of Swissôtel Merchant Court Singapore. He was previously Director of Operations of Swissôtel Sydney
on Market Street, Australia and Executive Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing of Swissôtel Zurich, Switzerland.
Mr Michael Möecking has assumed the position of General Manager of Swissôtel Berlin. Previously in 2000, he was the
General Manager of Swissôtel Göcek Marina & Spa Resort for more than 3 years.
