Singapore Airlines offers Givenchy Suits to First Class Passengers

Travel News Asia 26 September 2005

Singapore Airlines passengers travelling in First Class are now able to enjoy newly-designed sleeper suits by French fashion house, Givenchy. The new suits feature sporty v-neck collars with half zippers and stylish cuffed sleeves and pants that allow for maximum comfort and at the same time, provide for a better fit.

“We want our passengers to feel as comfortable and at ease onboard our flights as they would at home and these new sleeper suits allow them to do just that. With the new design, the suits have the versatility to be used as sleepwear as well as sporting gear. Our passengers can lounge in them onboard or wear them off the plane!” said Ms Betty Wong, Singapore Airlines Vice-President of Inflight Services.

The new sleeper suits, available in light or dark grey, now come in four sizes - small, medium, large and extra large. They are presently available on flights to and from Shanghai, Beijing, London and Sydney and will soon be introduced on all flights.

Other Givenchy-designed luxury items which Singapore Airlines’ First Class travellers can take delight in include complimentary eyeshades, sockettes and duvets. Even the service-ware is designed by Givenchy.

Singapore Airlines’ First Class passengers are also treated to an exclusive range of Bulgari toiletries which consists of fragrances, lip balms and special Bulgari eye-masks. The range includes body lotion for the ladies and after-shave emulsion for the gentlemen.
