Mr.
CW Chang been appointed as Director of Marketing at the Renaissance
Seoul.
Mr.
Chang has over 14 years hotel experience in different international hotel brands
including Hilton and Accor. He started his career as a Management Trainee
at the Seoul Hilton in 1991 and has worked through various roles in Operations and Sales & Marketing. His last duty was Director of Marketing at the Novotel in Seoul
where he was responsible for corporate, leisure and conference & incentive business.
For the first 6 months
with Marriott, Mr. Chang had been cross training at the Singapore Marriott, JW Marriott Hong Kong and JW Marriott in Bangkok to learn and
appreciate Marriott’s systems, culture, and procedures.
Mr.
Chang was born in Korea and educated in the United States for hotel and restaurant management.
He is married with two children.
