Six Senses opening private Spa Suites

Travel News Asia 16 June 2005

The Six Senses Spa experience is being redefined, with the creation of innovative Spa Suites.

The Spa suites are initially being introduced at Soneva Fushi Resort and Soneva Gili Resort in the Maldives; Evason Hideaway at Hua Hin – Thailand; and Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara - Vietnam.

The Spa Suites at Soneva Fushi are additions to a two-storey Deluxe Crusoe Villa or a Soneva Fushi Villa. The Suites offer an air-conditioned Couples Treatment Room and an outside garden area with three separate showers (Blitz, Rain and Power Shower) and a four square metre Steam Room. There is a private air-conditioned gym area and a relaxation area with daybed and Planter’s chairs. At Soneva Gili, Spa Suites are being incorporated into two Crusoe Villas on jetty three and are due for completion in early August 2005.

At the Evason Hideaways at Hua Hin and Ana Mandara, Spa Suites present the ultimate privacy for signature massages and a la carte treatments. Each Suite features its own massage pavilion plus built-in shower unit with steam bath.

Included with each Spa Suite, are two treatments per villa for each day of a stay. These treatments are designed for couples and to be enjoyed simultaneously. Signature massages offered by the skilled Six Senses Spa therapists include Swedish, Holistic, Oriental, Face and Scalp and Energiser.

Spa Suite packages are available for a minimum of three night stays, and treatments taken in the Suite, which are outside of the standard therapy inclusions, attract a supplement on the standard spa menu price.
