Raffles International appoints Vice President Distribution Marketing and Revenue Management

Raffles International has appointed Ms Jeannette Ho as Vice President, Distribution Marketing and Revenue Management to its head office in Singapore. Ms Ho will drive the company’s global distribution strategy and oversee its E-commerce channels and Central Reservations System. She will also spearhead the implementation of revenue management initiatives for the Group.

Possessing more than 12 years of experience in revenue management and reservations in the Asian region, Ms Ho has previously held various key senior positions in international companies such as Raffles The Plaza & Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore Airlines and The Westin Stamford & Westin Plaza Hotels. During her tenure with The Westin, she was appointed as Area Champion by Starwood Hotels & Resorts for revenue management practices in its hotels in Singapore, Korea, Brunei, and Sri Lanka.

Mrs Diana Ee-Tan, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Raffles International said, “We are pleased to have Jeannette on board. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked with major international companies on yield management and marketing strategy development. I am confident that Jeannette will contribute significantly by ensuring that our company’s distribution and Internet strategy support our business objectives, and in providing corporate guidance on revenue management to our hotels.”

Ms Ho holds a Bachelor of Science Economics (1st class) in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics, University of London. She was awarded both the British High Commission’s Award Scholarship and the Singapore Airlines Scholarship.
