AirAsia has launched an aircraft livery featuring LINE colours and characters such as Brown, James, Cony, Leonard, Sally, Boss, Jessica and Edward. United Airlines launches Premier Line Fast Track Service. United Airlines has launched Premier Line, a new service which provides priority access to three types of specially reserved lines that offer customers convenience at check-in, security and boarding, including boarding for connecting flights. Prices for the Premier Line Service start from $25.
6. Etihad Airways Opens Line Maintenance Facility in Chicago
Etihad Airways has opened a line maintenance base at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, the airline’s seventh outside Abu Dhabi and its first in the United States. The new facility is equipped with the latest technology and will perform all scheduled and non-scheduled line maintenance for Etihad Airways’ daily Boeing 777 aircraft flying into Chicago from Abu Dhabi.
