1. Amazon to Open Air Cargo Hub in Kentucky, USA
Last year, Amazon entered into agreements with two carriers to lease 40 dedicated cargo airplanes. Today, 16 of those planes are in service for Amazon customers with more planes rolling out over time. Amazons Prime Air hub at CVG will support Amazons dedicated fleet of Prime Air cargo planes by loading, unloading and sorting packages.

Amazon showcased its first ever branded air cargo plane during last weeks Seafair Air Show, an annual community celebration taking place in Amazons hometown of Seattle. The Boeing 767-300 is operated by Amazons air cargo provider Atlas Air.
4. Amazon to Open Regional Air Hub at Fort Worth Alliance Airport in October
Amazon's regional air hub at the Fort Worth Alliance Airport will open next month. The regional air hub is the first build-to-suit airport project of its kind in the Amazon Air network and was designed to support Amazon Airs larger scale regional needs, including sortation capability and infrastructure to handle multiple flights daily.

7. Official YouTube Apps to Launch on Amazons Fire TV
Amazon and Google are to launch an official YouTube app on Amazon Fire TV devices and Fire TV Edition smart TVs, as well as the Prime Video app for streaming to Chromecast and Chromecast built-in devices.
8. Amazon Launches Prime Reading in U.S.
Amazon has launched Prime Reading in the U.S. The new service allows Prime members of Amazon in America to enjoy unlimited reading from a rotating selection of books, magazines, comics and more at no additional cost.
