SAS has extended its suspension of flights to and from Shanghai and Beijing until 29 March 2020. Flybe, one of Europe’s largest regional airlines, operating domestic and regional routes for Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), has signed a 6-year Global Maintenance Agreement with ATR for five ATR 72-600 aircraft. Flybe’s first brand new ATR entered service last month. The airline will incorporate four other new 70-seat ATR 72-600s into the SAS network between 2016 and 2017.

SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) has entered into a sales agreement with Sunrise Asset Management to sell 13 MD82/83/87 aircraft and an additional 12 spare engines. Sunrise Asset Management is an affiliate of Allegiant Air, an airline based in Las Vegas.
