The Mexican Navy has taken delivery of the two final AS565 MBe Panther helicopters, completing an order for ten purchased in November 2014. The MBe Panther has a maximum take-off weight of 4,500 kg, a top speed of almost 280 km/h and a range of 780 kilometres. It also features modern avionics with a vehicle and engine multifunction display (VEMD).
15. U.S. Navy Blue Angels Takes Delivery of First Super Hornet
Boeing has delivered the first Super Hornet test aircraft for the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angel flight demonstration squadron. The unpainted aircraft now enters the flight test and evaluation phase at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland. Boeing expects to deliver a total of 11 aircraft for the squadron in 2020.
