Sofitel is continuing to expand in the world’s major cities, and this week opened its first hotel in Auckland, New Zealand. Formerly trading under the MGallery, also an Accor brand, the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour will be gradually upgraded to meet the Sofitel’s design standards.

AccorHotels has strengthened its presence in northern China with the signing of three hotels in Beijing with the Luneng Group.
