Air China is to launch flights between Beijing and Astana and Beijing and Zurich. The Beijing-Astana route will be launched on 1 June, the same month that the 2017 World Expo will open in Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan. The event is expected to attract visitors from all over the world.

Vietjet is to launch flights between Hanoi and the capital city of Quang Bing Province, Dong Hoi on 1 June 2017. The flight from Hanoi is scheduled to take off at 06:40 to arrive at 07:35. The return flight departs Dong Hoi at 08:05 to land in Hanoi at 09:00.

Ilyushin Finance Co. (IFC) has converted an option on one Bombardier Q400 aircraft to a firm order. The Moscow-based leasing company, now with two Q400 on firm order, has successfully concluded a leasing agreement with Jambojet Limited (Jambojet) of Kenya for both aircraft.

India’s Jet Airways has unveiled plans to launch flights between Chennai and Paris as well as from Bengaluru to Amsterdam.
