Qatar Airways has signed a contribution and shareholders agreement with Alisarda, the parent company of Meridiana the second largest carrier in Italy. The service integrates the Airbus “Flight Hour Services” (FHS) and the Rolls-Royce TotalCare Availability service through a seamless operational interface.
