82. Vietjet Launches Flights to New Delhi from Hanoi and Saigon
Vietjet has launched flights from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) to New Delhi, India. Flights between Saigon and New Delhi will operate four times per week, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
83. Accor to Rebrand Hotel in Queensland, Australia
Accor has signed a franchise agreement with Mandala Asset Solutions for their recently purchased Mackay Marina Hotel. The eight-storey, 79-room hotel will rebrand as Mantra Mackay on 15 December 2019, becoming Accor’s second property in the central Queensland hub of Mackay, joining the group’s 152-room ibis Mackay hotel.
84. Air Italy and Oman Air Sign Codeshare Agreement
Air Italy and Oman Air have signed a codeshare agreement. Under the agreement, Air Italy’s “IG” code is being placed on Oman Air’s flights between Milan Malpensa and Muscat, while Oman Air is putting its “WY” code on Air Italy flights between Milan Malpensa and Rome Fiumicino, Naples, Cagliari (Sardinia), Palermo and Catania (Sicily), and Lamezia Terme (Calabria).

86. SAS’ First Airbus A350 to Enter Long-Haul Service on 28 January
The first of eight Airbus A350s has officially entered SAS’ fleet. The aircraft, Ingegerd Viking, will enter long-haul service on the 28th of January. Based at Copenhagen Airport, the A350 will operate on seven routes during the first year, including Chicago, Beijing, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
