49. Qatar Airways Unveils Boeing 787 Seats
Earlier this month, Qatar Airways unveiled the Business and Economy Class seats it will use in its Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft which are scheduled to be inducted into the fleet this summer. 53. GKN Secures New Deal with Pratt & Whitney
GKN Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney have agreed a risk and revenue sharing partnership (RRSP) for the PurePower PW1400G-JM engine which will power the Irkut MC-21 mid-range, single aisle aircraft. GKN Aerospace has said it expects the RRSP to be worth more than $650 million over the life of the programme.

Garuda Indonesia has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Airbus for the purchase of 30 A350 XWB aircraft. Garuda plans to use the A350 XWB to develop its medium and long haul network, with the aircraft offering the ability to fly non-stop from Jakarta or Bali to Europe.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Singapore (ICBC) has launched a dual currency card which combines both USD and SGD customer accounts in one credit card. The move marks another milestone for ICBC Singapore in its retail banking services, following its launch of Singapore’s first RMB/SGD dual currency credit card in 2011.
56. Saudi Arabian Airlines Becomes Launch Operator of A330-300 Regional
Saudi Arabian Airlines, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, will become the first airline in the world to operate the new Airbus A330-300 Regional. The new A330-300 Regional variant, specially designed for regional and domestic operations, is Airbus’ solution for markets with large populations and fast growing, concentrated air traffic flows.
