Accor signs First Ibis Hotel in Vietnam. Accor has signed an agreement with Viethan Hotel Co Ltd to manage a new Ibis hotel, the Ibis Saigon South in Ho Chi Minh City starting early 2010 onwards. The Ibis Saigon South will have 170 rooms and will incorporate a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms and full car park facilities. Ibis is one of Accor's budget hotel brands.
