25. Etihad Cargo Using Boeing 787-10 Aircraft as Freighters
To complement its fleet of Boeing 777 Freighters, Etihad Cargo has started using Boeing 787-10 aircraft as freighters. The 787-10s will initially operate 34 weekly flights, serving 10 markets. Each aircraft will provide capacity for 12 Lower deck pallets and four containers, carrying up to 45 tons of payload.

Etihad Airways has reported Q3 2014 revenues of US$1.8 billion, an increase of 29% year-on-year. 30. Etihad to Increase Chengdu Cargo Capacity
Etihad Cargo will enhance its Chinese cargo services later this month when it increases bellyhold cargo capacity between Abu Dhabi and Chengdu. Effective 30 March 2014, cargo capacity to and from Chengdu will grow 40% to 930 tonnes per month, a result of the current five times a week Airbus A330 passenger service between Abu Dhabi and Chengdu moving to a daily operation.
31. Etihad to Wet Lease Boeing 747-400ERF from KLM–Martinair Cargo
Etihad Airways has signed a wet-lease contract with KLM–Martinair Cargo to provide the UAE flag carrier with a Boeing 747-400ERF freighter. The aircraft, with a payload capacity of 124 tons, will be used by Etihad Cargo to link the two cargo hubs of Abu Dhabi and Amsterdam, and to increase capacity to Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Dhaka.
