Cebu Pacific has launched a Cadet Pilot training program designed to address the airlines expansion requirements over the next five years. The program, to be conducted in partnership with Flight Training Adelaide (FTA), will create 240 professional pilots who will subsequently join the corps of pilots at Cebu Pacific.

Cebu Pacific has unveiled plans to launch three new domestic routes from Clark International Airport. The low cost airline will mount daily flights between Clark and Iloilo, as well as between Clark and Bacolod, starting 9 August 2019. Beginning 9 October 2019, Cebu Pacific will mount daily flights between Clark and Puerto Princesa in Palawan.

14. Cebu Pacific Launches Mobile Check-In
Cebu Pacific has launched a mobile check-in option, just in time for the holidays. The new service is in addition to web check-in, self check-in kiosks at the airport, and Agent Xpress (roving airport agents equipped with tablets) which are available as alternate forms of check-in for Cebu Pacific flights.
15. Cebu Pacific Signs Forward Sale Agreement with Allegiant
Cebu Pacific has signed a forward sale agreement with a subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company, covering Cebu Pacific's sale of six Airbus A319 aircraft. Allegiant is the parent company of Las Vegas-based low-cost airline, Allegiant Air. Delivery of the aircraft to Allegiant is scheduled to take place this year.
16. Cebu Pacific to Launch Flights Between Clark and Narita, Japan
Cebu Pacific has unveiled plans to launch flights from its rapidly growing hub in Clark, Philippines to Narita Airport near Tokyo, Japan. Cebu Pacific will operate four flights per week between Clark and Narita on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, beginning 9 August 2019.
