The 25-storey New World Renaissance Hotel has 600 guest rooms and three Renaissance Club Levels providing a choice of accommodations for business and leisure travelers. The New World Renaissance Hotel's three topmost floors are the Renaissance Club Levels which literally offer the highest level of service for business travellers or discerning leisure travellers. Each room has an individual facsimile machine and data port for those who wish to continue their work uninterrupted throughout the day and night. Exclusive use of the Renaissance Club Lounge includes complimentary breakfast buffet, afternoon tea buffet, early evening cocktails with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. International newspapers and magazines are also within reach at the Lounge's Business Library. Furthermore a cozy area within the lounge provides a relaxing area for TV viewing, and access to the internet is also available. Other perks for staying on the Renaissance Club floors include : lift access security, free two hours use of the meeting rooms at the Business Centre, complimentary pressing of one suit or dress per day, daily supply of bottled mineral water, fruit basket or dried fruits in the room.       

Hotel guests need not go far, as food and beverage outlets offer excellent dining and relaxing options. The Emperor Court is one of the finest Cantonese restaurants in the city, with its brigade of expert Chinese chefs preparing authentic Cantonese cuisine. Bocarinos offers creative continental fare combining Western and Eastern flavors amidst elegant interiors. Cats Nightspot is a three-in-one entertainment centre featuring a dance club, music lounge, and a karaoke. For casual dining, the Coffee Shop serves a wide selection of International and Asian cuisine. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are offered daily.
