As
1999 represents the first year of the exciting Premier Travel Awards for
Excellence, there were four winners of 'Best Hotel in X City' this was
changed to only three hotels in subsequent years. The reason we claim
each of the winning hotels to be the best is that location, rates etc
play such a big role, and therefore we feel it fairer and more accurate
to claim each is the best within that city rather than a 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.
